Installation
Close the older app before upgrading. Java for the app is bundled. Saved settings remain outside the install folder. The Windows installer is unsigned.
License and known limits
Bundled original proprietary/personal-use terms; separate additions MIT; third-party terms retained
- Public preview; not a production certification. Installer upgrade/uninstall was not exercised on an end-user machine.
- Windows MSI is not Authenticode-signed. Bundled original personal-use/proprietary terms and separate MIT/third-party notices remain unchanged.
- Managed process and backup tests use synthetic fixtures. Tick collection starts off. Scheduled backups wait for a stopped server. Server Java is selected separately from app Java.
